I have owned many dog crates and this one is nicely sized but it so cheaply made. After opening the box I noticed bent wires and the crate hadn’t been used yet. The metal floor pan already had paint missing. The latch that holds the door closed is so tight that it takes a lot of wiggle to get the door open. The side door seems to be made too small for a dog to enter without ducking. I would return it but it is too much trouble. Will donate to a local shelter. I guess you get what you pay for.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ORDERED THIS ITEM AND NEVER RECEIVED IT – THEY SAY THEY ARE SORRY BUT THEY JUST CAN NOT SHIP ANOTHER ONE. I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW AND BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND THE VERY LOUSY WAY THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY USED FED EX TO SHIP THIS ITEM, DID NOT EVEN REQUIRE A SIGNED SIGNATURE AND YET TELL ME I RECEIVED IT JUST BECAUSE THEY SAY I DID. WELL, I MOST CERTAINLY DID NOT!!!! never will I order from this company again – THEY ARE A DISGRACE!!

When I bought this cage, I did it because I wanted something my basset hound would be comfortable in. I had no idea HOW comfortable she would be. This thing is HUGE! Its as tall as my kitchen table and big enough for a grown person to get in on all fours. It is very good construction. (I was worried that like some reviews said it was “cheap”)I love this cage and would definitely buy the same one again.
